    1. Proof of Identity on Arrival: All guests (international visitors, NRIs, Indian or native citizens) are required to provide a valid ID at the time of check-in. You are also expected to show original identification documents upon your arrival for registration.

    2. Reservation Policy: Booked stays are exclusively restricted to guests who have registered prior and cannot be transferred to another individual. 

    3. Conduct and Compliance: The hotel management reserves the right to remove any guest failing to adhere to any of the hotel policies or engaging in inappropriate or unacceptable behaviour. 

    4. Accuracy of Billing: If there are any discrepancies in invoicing, the information on the actual invoice will take precedence. 

    5. Guest Responsibilities: Guests are expected to comply with the hotel’s safety and hygiene regulations and are required to keep the hotel clean.
       
    6. Property care: Any damage to hotel property caused by guests can incur additional property damage charges for repairs or replacement. 

    7. Health and Allergy Information: Guests with specific health conditions or allergy concerns are expected to inform the hotel prior in advance. 

    8. Personal Belongings: The hotel accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings incurred during the stay. 

    9. Parking Terms: Parking facilities can be used at the owner’s discretion. The hotel will not be liable for any potential damage or loss.

    11. Limitation of Liability: The hotel will not be liable for any inconveniences or losses caused by external factors beyond its control, such as weather conditions or political disruptions.
